DESIGN PROCESS
During my 3 months-internship with miheroo, I’ve been helping and crafting solutions for their main tool: The user dashboard.
This is the most important part of miheroo platform.
 It has to be:
✔ Responsive
✔ User-centered
✔ Simple and clear
01PHASE: UNDERSTAND
The first stage was  observing, engaging and empathizing with our user, in order to understand their experiences and motivations, as well as immersing myself in their environment.
02PHASE: DEFINE
When we defined their problems and needs, we started together building solutions for them, using some brainstorming techniques.
03PHASE: WIREFRAME
After defining outcomes of potential solutions, I began looking for inspiration, and sketched some concepts. Together with the team we narrowed down the best ideas and I wireframed different versions of the dashboard.
04PHASE: PROTOYPE
Lastly, I designed a prototype  real enough to get an authentic response from a potential user.
This means mapping out the exact flow for the experience and only building the steps we wanted to test.
I crafted high-fi prototypes using Adobe XD. These solutions helped and engaged our stakeholders in order to instantly see their vision and will be able to judge how well it meets their expectations, wants and needs.

RESULTS & LEARNING
Miheroo is a work-in progress platform.
It was my first UI/UX work experience and I learn together with them:

✔ To Empathize with people of different cultural and educational backgrounds, making the complex process easy to understand and use for them. They were my priority, putting their needs in front of my personal preferences when I designed.
✔ To combine my design skills with a knowledge of user centered design.
✔ To be resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunities, using the Agile system.
