Goals:
> The primary focus of Heliax centers around the Anoma project. It was imperative to maintain a strong connection between the two brands while also highlighting the unique identities of Heliax and Anoma.
> Our objective was to revamp Heliax website with a new, more efficient design that truly reflects the competence and innovation our teams bring to the table.
> Our aim was to craft an attractive and functional website that not only reduces maintenance time but also makes it easier for people to use and helps them feel more confident and safe when dealing with cryptocurrencies.

DESIGN PROCESS
Creating a well-defined design process was essential for delivering successful and impactful products that meet both user requirements and business objectives.
Drawing on this fact, this is how I create and work in my design process.
01 PLANNING AND DEFINING NEEDS

05 ITERATIVE IMPROVEMENT OF THE PRODUCT
Since the release of the MVP, a phase of continuous improvement sprints begins.

Implementing this design process within the product team allowed us to reach the set goals, in addition to many other advantages such as
> Clarity and Direction: providing me a clear roadmap to follow, ensuring that everyone involved understands the goals, objectives, and steps needed to achieve them.
> Efficiency: It allows teams to work more efficiently by breaking down complex tasks into manageable steps.
> Collaboration: A defined process encourages collaboration and communication among team members, stakeholders, and other departments involved in the project. It promotes transparency and alignment, leading to better outcomes.
> Continuous Improvement: An iterative design process allows us for ongoing refinement and improvement based on feedback and insights gathered throughout the project lifecycle. This fosters innovation and ensures that the final product meets evolving user needs and market demands.

SOLUTIONS
> The previous website was built on a basic template, resulting in low usability, poor conversion rates, and lacking any brand personality. The product team developed a new identity that reflects the diversity of Heliax's multidisciplinary teams, approaching open-source tasks from various perspectives.
> We designed a clean, fresh, and youthful website intended to serve as the company's gateway to attract talent and support the development of additional tools within the blockchain space.

LEARNING
> Heliax is a remote-first company, with team members located around the world. The company has been optimized for remote work, featuring clear documentation, policies, and workflows, ensuring that everyone understands their tasks, their significance, and how to accomplish them.
What I have learned from this:
With a shared objective, strategic planning, and the appropriate collaboration tools, working in a remote environment has inspired me to become a more productive, adaptable, independent, and empathetic individual.
